We place estate, probate, and fiduciary surety bonds in all fifty US states and in every Canadian province except Quebec. We do not handle Quebec estates, which follow a separate civil-law system.

The information on this site is general in nature and reviewed by a licensed surety professional. It is not legal advice. The court, the applicable statute, and the surety set the actual bond amount, terms, and premium for any specific file. Premium figures on this site are estimates, not quotes.
