A bonding partner for estate lawyers and advisors
You handle the estate. We handle the bond. Estate Bonds places administration, executor, guardianship, and fiduciary bonds fast, across the United States and Canada, including the files that are hard to qualify. Refer a client and we keep you in the loop.

What we place
Every estate and court bond: administration, executor, guardianship, conservatorship, fiduciary and trustee, missing beneficiary, and waiver of probate. We handle non-resident executors and credit-challenged files that stall elsewhere.
How referring works
Send us the client and the bond amount, or have the client start an intake with your name attached. We confirm what we need, place the bond, and keep you updated so the estate keeps moving.

Questions from referring professionals
How do I refer a client for an estate bond?
- Send us the client and the bond amount, or have the client start an intake with your name attached. We confirm what we need, place the bond, and keep you updated so the estate keeps moving.
How fast can a bond be issued for a client's court date?
- Smaller, straightforward bonds are often issued the same day the court's amount is known. Give us the deadline and we work to it. Larger amounts, non-resident fiduciaries, and credit-impaired files take longer because underwriting reviews more.
Will you take a file another broker declined?
- Usually. Weak credit, a large bond amount, or an out-of-jurisdiction applicant are the common reasons a file stalls elsewhere, and those are placed with co-signers, collateral, or specialty markets.
Does the referring lawyer sign the indemnity?
- No. The indemnity agreement is signed by the fiduciary, and by any co-signer the file needs. It is not signed by the referring lawyer or advisor.
Which bonds do you place, and where?
- Administration, executor, guardianship, conservatorship, fiduciary and trustee, missing beneficiary, and waiver of probate bonds, in all fifty US states and every Canadian province except Quebec.
